All,

Well it's clear that ICANN's SSAC, most of ICANN's registries,
and Registrars are clearly not ready.  It also looks at present
that they won't be any time soon...  A sad state of affairs indeed!

Even more sad is the fact that miscreants, spammers, hackers,
crackers, cyber criminals, and terrorists are fully aware of this
unfortunate fact, and have been exploiting same nearly at will
and drooling at the future prospects of continuing to do so...

  It also seems all to evident that DHS, despite it's efforts have
not been successful at getting these government, and private
sector companies and organizations, by in large to take this
very seriously.  Time for a change!  That change starts with
every stakeholder/user and they must continue to insist with
vigor that providers of all types and sorts change their attitudes
and subsequent actions, or lack there of, immediately!
