George and all,

  Well I suppose one could say, better late than never.  But
it sure is late.  Uncle Sam in DOC/NTIA should have done
this long before now so this may be enough, but perhaps
too late...  The damage that ICANN has done to US creditability,
the stakeholders/users, small businesses, and international trade
has been horrific.  What puzzles the hell out of me why only
now are they going public and/or accepting that reality?
