All,

Finally the RIAA, now like Yahoo are getting the message a
bit more clearly. Perhaps now ICANN's IPC member, the RIAA
has learned the error in it's disgusting ways due to the relentless
pressure of user groups like ours, INEGroup, and with significant
assistance from the few ethical legal folks still practicing... Perhaps
also ICANN's IPC has learned that stakeholsers/users can an will
rise up and provide the proper spanking to those that refuse to
listen and behaive properly...

Next up, the MPAA, and Google... And if these organizations
refuse or resist the will of the stakeholsers/users properly, they
also will face the same spankings... And if these organizations,
harrass or presure ISP's unjustifiably, the same treatment will
be just as forthcoming as well... It is not the ISP's job to police
the Intelectual Property of the RIAA, MPAA, or their non-US
equivelents either. That job and responsibility is solely the
responsibility of those RIAA, MPAA, and non-US equivelents.

See:
According to the Wall Street Journal,

the RIAA has decided to abandon its current tactic of suing individuals
for
sharing copyrighted music. Ongoing lawsuits will be pursued to
completion,
but no new ones will be filed. The RIAA is going to try working with the

ISPs to limit file-sharing services and cut off repeated users. This
very
surprising development apparently comes as a result of public distaste
for the campaign." An RIAA spokesman is quoted as saying that the
litigation campaign has been "successful in raising the public's
awareness that file-sharing is illegal.
