Mr. "Baxter",

TLDA and its membership make relatively few
posts to this list, exactly one in the last week, same as you.

Please contact the people at www.simplelists.com and ask them why their contracted services were down for part of the weekend if you
had undue distress. They told me a few days in advance that they were to be
doing server upgrades. So as to properly address this with Simplelists, please
send me the bounced messages with time stamp. They assured me they would only
be down during parts of Sunday. (At least they are contracted by the TLDA and
not donated by those who would turn them off for personal reasons like they
used to be; a net gain!)

        -Karl E. Peters

P.S. My apologies to the GA that some who do not like us would use this list
to pick fights. I have tried (above) to make a single post response to clear up
confusion where it may exist and drop the subject there.

> TLDA has to talk on this list - they have to borrow
lists from other orgnization

> since their crappy brittish list provider server is
crashed.

>

> lists.tldainc.org/public - connection refuses.
For more than 4 days now.

>

> Whats new?

>

> I repeat - therte is not compitent representation for
tld holders at all enywhere. ICANN does a

> better job.

>

> Sorry, the truth hurts sometimes.

>

> Thoms
