I have received notification from John Palmer that he had already responded
to this thread prior to seeing my mail.  As members know, there is a short
time delay between the sending and delivery of mails to this list.  As John
has apologised and assured me that he will respond no further on this thread
there will be no further action taken in this instance.  In writing this
email I have yet to see the response from John but would ask members to
delete the email from their systems when delivered (if they so wish).
