All,

In regards to transitioning from IPv4 to IPv6 a "Trial by fire"
for some if not most users will start this evening.  Our members
whom are protected from outage via NAT's, will not largely be
negatively impacted.  Other, and likely most users will experience
outage or loss of connectivity to the Internet unless their service
provider hasn't implemented to IPv6.

  I have to wonder if and why DOC authorized this test...
