All my friends and especially Nick Ashton-Hart,

It is long past time the substantial users issues such as this one
have been seriously recognized. Although I and our members fully
realize and somewhat sympathize that social engineering related
issues are of importance, issues that are and have been negatively
effecting users everywhere, every day are far more important. So
thanks to Nick here, this very serious problem that is also very
costly to all of us, either directly or indirectly has again been
brought to the forefront.

Time to stand up for change!
See:

I and our members have now for years been concerned and complaining
about ICANN and its registries/registrars, ISP's and IAP's to take
a much more serious effort in addressing what is now called "Fast
Fluxing" without any significant interest from ICANN whom has at least a
significant level of responsibility to take action to thwart this
errant and unlawful activity. In fact, ICANN's supporting organizations
such as the IETF and the IAB are at least in part for aiding and
abetting this activity due to their mis configured DNS's which I
have pointed out on several occasions. I would ask that first thing
ICANN can do is to require the their supporting organizations have
cleanly defined DNS's so that phishing, malware and Spyware can at
least from ICANN itself, be partly addressed effectively.

Thank you in advance for your immediate and necessary cooperation
in advance.
