Ted and all,

  Excellent thought expressed below in response to
Danny.

  What's again raised it's ugly head here is that registrants
are under represented within the ICANN skewed structure and
hence organizations like eNom recognize and exploit same
accordingly.  However this does not in a timely manner address
this poor fellows complaint which is costing him dearly and
for no good reason.  Action in correcting this error by eNom
is needed immediately, not after protracted "Negotiations".
