Bashar and all,

  ICANN and additionally the GNSO in particular has trouble
correctly spelling fairly simple english terms/words, let alone
Arabic.  We, INEGroup have 12 arabic translators on staff so
that we don't get caught with our turbans unraveled, so to speak,
no insult intended.  Seems to me that the IANA, ICANN and the 
GNSO would have long ago now been able to hire arabic, or
for that matter any other language translators whom are
native speakers. 

  Perhaps the issue is that the IANA, ICANN and the 
GNSO are desiring "Volenteers" to perform this or these
sorts of functions.  Such a desire for a $50m+ organization
is inconsistant with good reason, if so.  I am sure George
Soros, a good friend of Vint Cerfs, or perhaps even Google
would be happy to donate the funding necessary so that proper
translators can be hired.

  A good recruiting ground would be Iraq, Afghanistan and Iran 
seems to me, and at the same time ICANN, the IANA and the GNSO 
would be doing good outreach as well as gain some political 
capital in seeking arabic fluent candidates in those countries 
where many need meaningful employment.  But of course such
an endeavor would take courage on the part of the ICANN, GNSO,
and the IANA's staff too seek and perform such recruitment.

Courage of this sort is seemingly not in abundance within
either ICANN, the GNSO, or the IANA.
