Why do you think Eric Dierker was overlooked by ALAC? Do you think they
made the wrong decision, Danny, to elect Ross Rader? What was your
motivation to elect Dierker, who won't even answer the simple question,
yes or no, as to whether he is practising law in California? Did you do
due diligence on Eric Dierker, and if so, what were your conclusions?
I'd like to see the bio of your candidate for the position.
