Dear All,
Thank you Heather for the question, and thank you Amr for your
explanation.
Indeed you may vote several times if you wish until the vote
officially closes. It is the last ballot that is counted and all
previous ballots from the same person will be marked *(duplicate; not
counted). *In addition,**there is no chance of gaming the system
because only one ballot per voter ID is counted.
**
I hope this helps.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Glen

Hi Heather,
Not sure I have an answer to this, but I do have an opinion. As long
as the deadline hasn’t come and gone, I don’t see a reason why
this shouldn’t be possible.
From a technical perspective, following your query, I followed the
link to the vote in the email ballot after I had already submitted my
votes, and I got the option to vote again. I didn’t proceed to do
so, but imagine you could. If you do, I suspect you’d receive a
second confirmation of your vote via email.
This is all true when using the email ballots to cast votes for
elections within the NCSG.
Thanks.

Dear Glen,
I received my ballot and have a quick question. If I vote and
submit my ballot and then subsequently need to change my vote
before the closing deadline, can I do so? I don't think it's an
issue but I ask just in case.
Many, many thanks,
Heather

Please remember that if you are off email, you can cast your vote
by voice, but please provide me with a telephone number***before

There are two motions that require your vote.
Please be sure to mark only one response for each motion,*:*

Please also note the following applicable procedures:
·The Operating Procedures do not permit absentee voting for
either

abstention counts as a vote “not in favour”. The ballot
includes a
text box for you to state your reason(s) if you wish, should you
decide to abstain from voting on either motion.
·The voting threshold required for both motions to pass
successfully is a simple majority of the Council.
·In accordance with the rules for a vote outside a Council
meeting, this ballot will be an open vote (i.e. not secret) and
we
will record and publish the outcomes as required by the GNSO
Operating Procedures.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
