Hi Heather,
Not sure I have an answer to this, but I do have an opinion. As long as the
deadline hasn’t come and gone, I don’t see a reason why this shouldn’t be
possible.
From a technical perspective, following your query, I followed the link to the
vote in the email ballot after I had already submitted my votes, and I got the
option to vote again. I didn’t proceed to do so, but imagine you could. If you
do, I suspect you’d receive a second confirmation of your vote via email.
This is all true when using the email ballots to cast votes for elections
within the NCSG.
