I have communicated the Council's concern to David Olive, with whom I have been
liaising on this.
I do not have any more information on this meeting at this point.
It is my view that the meeting should either not be formal, in which case a
2-day meeting does not seem necessary and it may suffice to organise a dinner
or some other social get-together event, or it should be formal in which case
there is a set agenda and everything is recorded and transcribed as per any
ICANN meeting.
