Danny and all,

  I think maybe your are forgetting something here.  ICANN rarely
GIVES money for anything or for anything it does not control.  It
takes/recieves money.  However this is a good business practice
unless your are an organization looking for donations with no strings
attached.  ICANN ain't Santa Claus!  However they might get someone
or some sod/twit to donate some $$ for these Workshops in ICANN's name.
I here Paris Hilton is shopping around for some of that kind of action!  >:)

I am sure she could provide some wonderful entertainment during
the breaks as well.  >;)
