Veni and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

  If ICANN BoD members do not represent ICANN, whom do they
represent? Hezbollah maybe? SIG's? Registries/registrars only?  However
I agree ICANN BoD members haven't represented ICANN or
stakeholders/users, yet they are supposed to.
