MCI versus ATT price wars are being reflected in projected earnings and dividends which are creating a devaluation of stock on a short sell side. At least that is how I view it.
Why? because such a thing can and should be predicted.
Why is it that Verisigns stock does not also reflect a loss due to impending loss of the dotNet? Perhaps the answer lies in the Whois database. What do the insiders know that I do not know.
Nations should require a Whois type base be created upon the purchase of a Lottery ticket. Then the State could sell off the info collected to massmarketers and relieve the entire debt of the Nation.
