Debbie,
I think you misconstrued what I said. However, I observed that you 
could not foot more than I could the cost of attending ICANN and IGF 
meetings (I must say that in my case it was also a decision, Rio's 
ROI not looking very exciting). And we belong to what is used to be 
called "developped" nations. When you consider than staying in Dehli 
will cost more than the price of Tata car, or three DN centuries.
Or may-be you mean that you will fly ICANN to Dehli ?
