Dr. Joe and all,

  Yes, logic is not an ICANN icon, nor seemingly in their
bylaws as a abiding principal of note or practice.

  Fudiciarly responsible is also not a strong suit of
ICANN historically as well...  Where logic and good
financial responsibility intersect in most companies,
is lacking such an intersection in respect to ICANN.

  I personally don't see either the lack of logical
decision making, nor fudiciary frugalness changing ever
in respect to ICANN.
