I understand that. I am sorry for the miscommunication. I did not mean for
us to come up with a "Yes we accept this plan" or "No we do not accept this
plan" :)

It is my intention that we should as a group offer specific feedback

Infavt other constituencies are working on this too, however before we go
ahead and involve everyone it maybe prudent to first figure out what we want

That's great. What I think would be best is as follows -

* You, Bruce and Jon Nevetta and anyone else can together come up with your
analysis of the document. This analysis maybe input for the GNSO council,
maybe provided to the ICANN staff and can also be circulated amongst all us
Registrars. Post that we will send out a communication with a set of
feedback to ICANN based on the combiend analysis and the feedback provided
by all the Registrars
