Roberto,

The GNSO Improvements working draft was posted on 19
June for public comment for 30 days.  We have been
told that "after that time, the BGC WG will consider
all of the input received and prepare a final draft
for public comment and consideration by the BGC. This
is likely to occur in August". 

Can we expect the final draft and some real reform
(not just cosmetic changes) sometime soon?
