Joe and all,
Well I wouldn't get overly exicted yet if at all
as 11 votes out of over 200 list members hardly a quorum
makes. Secondly as the GA is still no longer a policy
making body of ICANN any pontificating that may and is
sometimes expressed, is of no real consequence to ICANN
other than very general input which has been, and will likely
still be largely ignored or given little consideration.
