Danny and all,
Seems to me your conclusion is correct. This doesn't even
pass the smell test. I am also surprised ICANN legal council
is allowing this or at least has not objected with prejudice.
Additionally this seems to be situation where DOC/NTIA
should be exercising it's oversight authority. This also doesn't
come close to meeting ISO guidelines.
