I would follow your proposition should an IDNO constituency exist and would I be authorised to join my own NCUC constituency. Please do not confuse ICANN and Internet. Internet will live more and more without ICANN. What would ICANN be without the Internet. For ICANN being exclusive means its own exclusion from the Internet. I do not think this is intended, desirable, nor advisable. The common need is to build bridges not fences.
