What counts is the way people are happy with what ICANN does, for the price they pay, and the delays they get. All I know is that IDNs worked in 1999. Then the NTIA asked ICANN to take care .... There are certainly good reasons I miss. NB2. Yes, I associate you with ICANN. Are you not a staff member?
