Ted and all,

  Of course your very right regarding privacy concerns, which in part
is why I responded to Dr. Dierker's odd request in the way I did.  As
the privacy liaison I of course demonstrably share those concerns.
However, in order to conduct a proper vote on list rules that can
be verified and protect against fraud I need at least the eMail
address of all subscribed members to use eMail voting and allow
ALL subscribed members, lurkers and non lurkers alike a fair
and unencumbered opportunity to vote legitimately.  But thank
you very much for asking.  >:)

So Dr. Dierker, I am still expecting your cooperation and service
in this matter.  When, or if you obtain the eMail addresses please
be so kind as to protect your fellow GA members and send those
eMail address in a secure manner using a PKI cert of whatever
cert authority you use of have available.  If you do not have a
valid and up to date Cert, please purchase one from the Cert
authority of your preference.  I believe Yahoo sells em, but I
am not sure of that...
