Frankly Danny I was hoping to find a new constituency proposed here. Also I would have preferred to see Milton's face on it here.
Of course in other regards it seems reasonable - that is assuming that the LSE is reasonable and I am not convinced on that issue.
A reasonble time is provided to iron out or explain away my problems with it. I will repost the issue again every day for a bit as I think this deserves our attention.
Under 2 voting vs. "consensus" it is rather cheeky as Milton had a hardtime recently on the whois even counting heads without the ire of Maria. But this is one of those sections to watch.
Also labeling the proposals with more lettering and subnumbering would be helpful for reference and organization.
