Debbie and all,
Real objectives and proposals have many times
been submitted and ignored. I am sorry you
are "put off", however the truth and honesty sometimes
has that effect.
But let me be clear some porposals which were either
ignored or rejected by ICANN, should have been. The IDNO
was such an example. Others arguably should not have been
rejected or ignored. Individual representation is what
the MOU requires. ICANN has either ignore or rejected
such representation proposal ever submitted which has
that form of representation where both a voice and
a vote by every member is inclusive.
So as to your experiance, it appears very limited indeed. >:(
