Could you PLEASE only ask questions that can reasonably be answered!  No
matter how eloquent you ask the question if there is a sting in the tail you
will not get a response.  Are you saying you really cannot see why members
of the GA have been passed over and funds given to DiploFoundation?  Please
don't waste this forums or ICANNs time.  Try asking a constructive question.
