Dr. Dierker and all,

I am concerned little with ignorance as I speak three languages well,
and can read two others with reasonable understanding. I am concerned
greatly that my fellow stakeholders are able on the whole, to understand

what is or may be discussed so as to lesson confusion and
misunderstanding.
So I believe it is only logical that the latter is a priority and hence,
english
should therefore be the language of reasonable use...

Of course any GA member can or may post in their native language
at the risk of not being understood by the majority.
