It should also be about giving the whole GNSO some more visibility, 
including its inadequate constituencies structure.

Additionally it can be about getting  a better line to the Board and 
perhaps an observer or two at the Names Council and diverse task forces.

The worst that can happen is that things stay as they are.:-)
