Chris, I would say one year is too long for the first run as long as the
roles are not clarified enough yet, which might be discouraging for
someone to accept the nomination.

I would keep the period of half a year to get started with, as Eric has
proposed. After then we'll see.

Good point Rod. I want to make a motion that the term of office for
chair and vice chair 1 year. Any seconds? Do we need to vote on this or
