Among all the sublists of alpha-2 of ISO 3166-1
(http://www.iso.org/iso/en/prods-services/iso3166ma/02iso-3166-code-lists/iso_3166-1_decoding_table.html),
where can I find a statement of what sublists are "valid" or not? Can
I ask for the delegation of ".cp" or of ".fx" which have exactly the
same status as ".eu", ".ac" or ".uk"?
