Dominik and all,

  Agreed.  Let's not again as Joop has done in the past with the
IDNO, get into whom has rights to vote on the GA, and what
are whatever criterion, ect., ect., ect...  Let's say or assume
whomever is on the GA list has the right to vote, and leave it
at that.
