Joop and all,
The ALAC cannot and does not speak for ALL users, and in fact
speaks for very few.. Indeed the ALAC is illegitimate as currently
formed.
A Domain name is not owned property, it is essentially a rented
address. Hence only registrars and registries as ICANN is currently
constructed and why the new COO can doe as he wishes regarding
policy.
