Humor was not my intent, but thank you anyway. I was obviously
not attacking the BoD. I did and was pointing out the relevant
facts that thus far have been reported.

I as many others have already stated, disagree with this assertion.
In any event the court regarding this case and DOC/NTIA will
be making such a determination if the plaintiff files the appropriate
filings for the courts consideration.
