Seems to me that spamhaus refused to abide and/or ignored
by a previous court order which seemingly did not sit well
with this Judge.  So I would have to say that if ICANNor
the relevant ICANN registry doesn't do as this Judge orders
regarding spamhaus's domain name, ICANN will be in
some hot water or be held in contempt.  If I were this
Judge, I would hold every executive of spamhaus's registry,
ICANN, and all of ICANN's BoD members in Jail pending
compliance of my order.  A few days of rubber pancakes,
and powdered eggs can be very compelling towards
compliance...  If compliance was still not forthcoming
from either the ICANN BoD members and the executive's
of spamhaus's registry of choice, I would further order
consecutively, that any and all bank accounts be garnisheed,
all real property attached, and any and all ongoing income
be temporarily garnisheed pending with my compliance of
my order/ruling.  I believe that the wives, girl friends, significant
others would soon convince said violators to comply...
