The 21 September 2006 Special Meeting of the Board
(tentative) still has no agenda posted.
see http://www.icann.org/minutes/
Bylaws: Section 4. MEETING NOTICES AND AGENDAS
At least seven days in advance of each Board meeting
(or if not practicable, as far in advance as is
practicable), a notice of such meeting and, to the
extent known, an agenda for the meeting shall be
posted.
According to the Preliminary Report from the last
Board meeting, the Board (at their next meeting) plans
to:
(1) discuss the .BIZ, .INFO, .ORG and .ASIA agreements
at their next meeting
(2) take up discussion on issues that had been raised
both through the USG's public comments and the
President's Strategy Committee
So, why aren't these matters (and others) on a posted
agenda?
