Could it be that GoDaddy now suspends a domain under an ICANN mandated "truth in registration" clause in their contract as soon as they hear of legal trouble?


Could you shed some light on that, Tim?

Is it  a cave-in or a  smart move?

Yanking domains with suspect whois data would certainly give a boost to the proxy-registration business.
