Ted and all,

  I hear ya.  My main concern is still that these proposed registry and
registrar contracts are decided by fiat of the ICANN BoD with no
real/considered input from or even really available, by those most
directly effected, the stakeholders/users and future registrants whom
may only be users that are not yet registrants currently.  Such damages
or even destroys ICANN's creditability.
