Regarding the GNSO Review being conducted by the
London School of Economics, on 31 July you advised the
GNSO Council that: "Within a week, I should have a
date for sharing a draft with the GNSO."
When will this draft be shared? Will you allow for
its distribution in a timely manner so that the NTIA
may better assess the relative maturity of the ICANN
organization, or do you intend to bury this report
until the NTIA has acted?
You have had in your possession for some time now the
LSE Initial Report that you have chosen not to
release. We community members know how do deal with
"Initial Reports"; the ICANN Staff has prepared a
sufficient number of "Initial Reports", and we
understand the difference between an Initial Report
that may require a few corrections and a Final Report.
Why is this Initial Report being withheld from us?
