It's sad when ICANN Board members can't seem to find
the time to read public contributions. I submitted
almost a month ago a proposal to the President's
Strategy Committee to create a Civil Society
Supporting Organization that would serve to enhance
representation on the Board. The URL:
http://forum.icann.org/lists/psc/msg00001.html

In the past, we have noted the repeated efforts to
establish a registrant's constituency within the GNSO;
we have seen the Board petitioned to create such a
constituency. We have seen the effort of the IDNO
participants to try to bring such representation to
fruition. We have seen the need for registrant
representation discussed and highlighted in the
earlier DNSO Review.

Apparently Veni has missed all that. I guess he's
just to busy to pay attention.
