Sotiris,
I did some more checking and even my links to comments
from the GNSO Council list are off by a digit. I have
a feeling that Kent did some "list maintenance" which
created the problem. I see that several recent emails
to the Council that were forged with a sender name
"Crispin" have also been removed. I think we need to
talk to Kent about putting in placeholders for the
entries that he removes so that link continuity can be
preserved.
