Karl on ALAC: "It's time to pull the plug. It's been a pathetic failure. The Byzantine structure renders the voice of the individual user useless. individual users have been kept out in the cold for far too long. the ALAC should be replaced."



I agree.



I believe an Individual Users Constituency, operating within the GNSO, based on individuals not institutions, would be more productive.
