Danny and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

I wonder who and how this "Board Compensation Committee" was
selected or otherwise determined.  By existing ICANN Board members
perhaps?  Is there some documentation outlining who and how such
a "Board Compensation Committee" was determined?
