Hello Mike,

I happened to notice a public comment today in the
Settlement-Comments Forum:  "There is simply no need
for these new fees except to line the pockets of
officials within your 'non-profit' organization".

I also noticed that today the Board will be
considering the "Board Governance Committee's
Recommendation for the Creation of a new Board
Compensation Committee".

Can you comment on what will be the remit of this new
Board Compensation Committee?
