Paul,
I am writing to request a red-lined version of the new
.com registry agreement. Assuming that ICANN is
seeking a thorough community-wide analysis prior to
well-considered comments being tendered, such a
document (that highlights the differences between the
prior and the new .com agreement) would be of enormous
benefit.
As you know, the new agreement contains ten amendments
whereas the prior agreement contained twenty-five.
Further, in addition to the removal of a good deal of
text, there is also a sizable amount of new language
in the new agreement.
I hope that we can count on your cooperation in this
matter.
