Eric and all former DNSO GA members or other interested
stakeholders/users,

  Well I believe we have seen this sort of thing before.  This time it
is
Paul Wilson's potential error or Milton's error.  Last time I believe
is was Louis Touton's...  We shall see if Paul or Milton is correct
soon enough...

  I am sure the Ego-meters are pegged...  >:)
