I find it interesting that more data is required from the applicant to register a domain name under dotCOM than is required for a ccTLD NIC.

The two references happen to reflect a closed door session meeting regarding a redelegation issue with Libya and the icannatlarge ownership.
Both very interesting concepts and happenings.
If you are a member of a group that owns a domain name should you be in Whois?
Should one person own a domain name for an association? Do you have to have a business license to own a domain name within a specific TLD or ccTLD?
Just amplify that for delegation issues and why are they decided behind closed doors? Now certainly that is not open and transparent or bottoms up.
