Asaad and all former DNSO GA members or other interested stakeholders/users,

 Does your plan for dot-IQ have the consent of the current interim
Iraq government?  If not, than I suspect ICANN will not be in any
position to take a position on your proposal or plan, Asaad...

  Personally I am more than a bit suspicious these days of private
industry or the private sector from taking over the management of
any ccTLD given the history that is long, tedious and disruptive
with other ccTLD's many on this forum had witnessed...
