Dear Sir,
I do not applaud you for your labors. I pay hommage and pray for you. I will not write my Senators and Mr. Powell and Mr. Evans immediately. I am duty bound to inform Senator McCain. Please lay out more of your schematics so I do not interfere, but support your efforts. Besides great men and women as yourself, the internet is the most powerful education tool ever. Education leads to understanding and understanding leads to a breakdown of hatred and a breakdown in hatred leads us all to a better place. Now if I got to breakdown a few heads in order to help you I will.
Sincerely,
Dr. Eric Hugh Dierker

Hi Joop
I have been trying with ICANN to get this going as back as Stuart days with no
luck. And the way it is now Paul has not shown any cause to make us believe they
will act on it any soon.
>From the prospective of the Iraqis, it is a priority as we had over the past
year put together a rebuild plan for all the Universities and enterprises with
the aid of the UNESCWA to get Iraq's internet well postioned.
Registration regulations are established, pricing strucutre has been put
together and discussed many months ago similar to the region's strucutre and as
accepted by the Arab League IT
We are ready to deploy and run within couple days and provide the Iraqi's what
they have been deprived off by Saddam & ICANN. I hope we get your support.
Best Regards,
